available for a minimum of two nights. The minimum nightly rates
(includes six people) are listed below:

Reservations held seven days pending receipt of a 50% deposit.
- Balance due 30 days prior to your arrival.
- No refunds will be made for cancellations unless flat can be re-rented for reservation dates.
- Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.
- Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
- Early arrivals must be arranged in advance.
- Accommodations not available for pets.
- Smoking allowed on outside patios and decks only.
- There is no maid or meal service provided.
- Guests are expected to keep and leave the home in a clean and orderly fashion.
